What happens to my balance during self-exclusion?
When you activate self-exclusion, any real money balance in your account will be returned to you. Bonus funds and pending bonuses are forfeited. Pending withdrawals will be processed as normal.
Will Casea still send me marketing if I self-exclude?
No. All marketing communications stop immediately when you activate self-exclusion or a cooling-off period. This includes emails, SMS, push notifications, and any promotional materials. You will only receive essential account-related communications.
